PortLine
Terms of Use
These terms describe use of the PortLine macOS app and this website. App Store downloads are also governed by Apple's applicable terms and license agreement.

App license
The website edition is licensed to you for lawful personal or business use on your own devices. Free features remain available without a purchase. Premium website licenses activate one Mac at a time. Do not redistribute license keys or circumvent access controls. App Store editions use Apple’s applicable EULA; website and App Store licenses are separate.
Use your own devices and files
Use PortLine only with devices and files you own or have permission to access. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and respecting other people's rights. Do not use the app to bypass access restrictions or interfere with another person's device.
Check transfer destinations and keep backups. Renaming, moving, replacing or deleting files changes data on the connected device. Do not disconnect a device while work is in progress.
Compatibility and connections
PortLine requires macOS 13 or later. Available features depend on the Android device, its operating-system version, permissions, the connection method and the network. Compatibility and transfer speed vary.
Advanced USB requires Android debugging authorization. Standard USB uses MTP. Android 11 and later support paired, encrypted Wireless debugging. Wi-Fi on Android 10 and older is not encrypted and may require USB setup; use it only on a trusted private network, or choose USB.
Free features and Premium
Basic browsing and downloads are available without Premium. Premium adds copying files to Android, renaming, moving, deleting and parallel downloads. The app describes the features and purchase options currently offered.
Website prices are US$11.40 per year or US$20.40 once for lifetime Premium. A three-day trial requires a payment card and automatically renews at US$11.40 per year unless canceled before it ends. One trial per email address. Applicable tax is displayed at checkout. Cancel future renewals through Manage billing; deactivating a Mac does not cancel billing.
A website license activates one Mac at a time. Premium works offline: a Lifetime license for up to a year at a time, a yearly plan through its paid period plus 7 days while it renews, and a trial until it ends. PortLine refreshes access automatically whenever it is open and online. Recover a lost key by signing in with your purchase email. Replacing a key resets its Mac binding; a Mac that stays offline keeps already-issued access until it next connects or that access’s offline period ends. Lifetime is a one-time license for the supported lifetime of the product, not a promise of perpetual platform compatibility.
Website purchases and licensing
Website checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments; the seller of record and applicable terms are shown at checkout. Yearly payment is collected at purchase, or after the three-day trial, and each renewal; lifetime payment is collected once. App Store purchases remain billed and managed by Apple.
Accepted payment methods are credit and debit cards, and Cash App Pay for eligible customers in the United States. Checkout shows the methods available in your country.
The three-day trial requires a payment card. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged; otherwise it renews at US$11.40 per year. Canceling a yearly plan stops future renewals, and Premium stays available until the end of the paid period. Cancel at any time through Manage billing; deactivating a Mac does not cancel billing.
Use the trial to check compatibility before committing. If a refund is necessary, contact [email protected] with your order and issue for individual review. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or Stripe Managed Payments’ applicable refund rights and policies. App Store refunds follow Apple’s process.
Apple billing, cancellation and refunds
Apple handles payment, taxes, subscriptions and trial eligibility. An annual subscription renews automatically unless cancelled under the terms Apple shows. If an eligible trial is offered, it converts to the paid plan unless cancelled as described on the purchase screen.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account. Uninstalling PortLine does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used to purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple, subject to its policies and applicable consumer law.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains local file processing, cached data, website requests and support emails. Apple and other platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Ownership and third-party services
PortLine's software, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses and notices.

Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable app and useful support, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or recovery of lost files. To the extent permitted by law and the applicable Apple EULA, the app and website are provided as available.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

Features and these terms may be updated over time. The current terms and their date are published on this page. Apple's purchase terms continue to apply to existing purchases.
